1.
Baci, Baci, Baci
2.
Ehi Ragazzo (I Could Leave You Alone)

This single was released in Italy for the 19th edition of the San Remo Music Festival that took place in San Femo, Italy from January 30 - February 1, 1969.

The A-side of this single shows that 'Baci, Baci, Baci' was arranged by the Italian composer, arranger and record producer Ezio Leoni and recorded with his orchestra. He also produced this track.
It seems obvious that this track was recorded in Italy and therefore it's impossible that Duane Allman plays on this track.
No information about this track can be found in the tape ledgers of Atlantic Records USA.

The B-side of this single shows that 'Ehi Ragazzo (I Could Leave You Alone)' was produced by Tom Dowd and E. Leoni.
The tape ledgers of Atlantic Records USA and this webpage: https://www.jazzdisco.org/atlantic-records/discography-1968/  show that the original version of this song was recorded in New York City on April 22 & 24, 1968:

'I Could Leave You Alone' was released on the 1968 Atlantic Records album 'What The World Needs Now Is Love', produced by Tom Dowd.

We have compared the original recording from 1968 of 'I Could Leave You Alone' (produced by Tom Dowd) with the Italian version of 'Ehi Ragazzo'.
It seems that the same backing track was used, horns were added, the short guitar solo at 1:30 was removed and Italian vocals were added. This was probably done in Italy and produced by Ezio Leoni.

It's impossible that Duane Allman plays on this track, because in April 1968 he wasn't a studio musician yet.
